Honda CabinControl: Remote Control for Honda Vehicles
The Honda CabinControl app is a new and innovative way for passengers to control various systems remotely inside the new 2019 Passport, 2019 Pilot, and 2018 Odyssey. With this app, passengers can send destinations to the embedded Honda navigation system, access categories and recent destinations, and even control the rear entertainment system and rear climate control if equipped.
One of the standout features of CabinControl is the Social Playlist feature, which allows passengers to share their favorite songs with family and friends through the Odyssey's audio system. Passengers can select songs from their smartphone's library of downloaded music, and the playlist can include songs from up to 7 connected smartphones.
In addition to these main features, the app also provides access to helpful functions like audio control and a "Need Help?" button for connecting to the vehicle's Wi-Fi network. It also links to the Official Honda Owners site for access to owner's manuals, technology guides, and frequently asked questions from Honda owners.
